Late applications are not accepted.An acknowledgement of receipt of application will be sent via email within 10 business days of being received. Special Circumstances Should a candidate have a medical condition, disability or personal circumstance that may adversely impact or disadvantage them in an examination, it is the candidate's responsibility to apply for a reasonable adjustment or deferral of the examination opportunity by submitting an application for consideration of special circumstances as referred to in the College’s Special Circumstances Policy.The College does not amend or upgrade examination marks. A Candidate must legitimately meet the minimum standard to obtain a pass mark.For more information, refer to Radiation Oncology Training Program Handbook. Withdrawing from the Phase 1 or Phase 2 Examinations Candidates who need to withdraw from the Phase 1 or Phase 2 Examination, must complete the required application form, as per the Consideration of Special Circumstances Policy. There is no financial penalty if a candidate withdraws their application up until 4 weeks before the examination.Candidates may withdraw from the Phase 1 or Phase 2 Examinations, without financial penalty, if they do so not less than 4 weeks in advance of the examination date. Candidates who withdraw within four weeks of the exam will receive a 50% refund of the fees paid.Candidates who do not attend the examination on the day forfeit the entire examination fee and will have been deemed to have lost an examination opportunity.
