About the role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and develop the College’s membership experience including managing all our member services and benefits, member communications, College grants and awards as well as any other strategic projects to support our members. This an exciting and rewarding role with responsibility for building and maintaining key strategic relationships with our membership body and other relevant internal stakeholders to support the needs of our membership.
About you
You will be an experienced leader, with proven experience managing and supporting teams in the communications and membership space. You will also possess strong project and time management skills and be able to work with both the communications team and the member engagement team to deliver activities to promote the benefits of our membership. You will have exceptional influencing skills and strong written skills. You will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of implementing strategies to improve revenue generation.
A qualification and previous experience in a Communications, Marketing or Business Management role is essential. Ideally, you will have experience in a substantial organisation in the health, education and workforce associations or another relevant sector with extensive experience supporting committees.

The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) is a non-profit peak body for advancing patient care in the clinical radiology and radiation oncology fields across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. We are seeking a Senior Technical Officer Digital Health to join our Standards Team on a 15 month contract basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
About the Role
This contract role is funded for the development of the Radiology Referral Set (RRS). The RRS is a standardized terminology set that will be a key piece of national infrastructure outside of the College that will enable interoperability. The development of the RRS will be subject to extensive and acute governance with internal and external stakeholders. In collaboration with the CSIRO training will be provided, however a high degree of technical literacy and an interest in coding is required. The funding for this position and project is currently until June 2024 with the potential for extension but not guaranteed.
The role will also oversee and manage the technical requirements of the iRefer Application Programming Interfaces including the onboarding of sites, troubleshoot issues and where necessary be the liaison between users and developers. Ideally, you will have experience in the health, education, NFP or any other relevant sector.
Please note there will be some domestic travel required as part of this project.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the College’s membership and strategic priorities, through the development and operations of the it’s events and sponsorship. The position is responsible for the target delivery of all programs under events and sponsorships, including the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM), webinars and advertisements, to name a few. The position is also the lead liaison for the ASM committees. This challenging role is responsible for building and maintaining key strategic relationships with external partners, clinicians and internal stakeholders.

The Examination Officer’s duties will include, but are not limited to:
