Complaints

At RANZCR we value your feedback and contribution so we can continue to deliver the best experience to our members, employees and the community. If you have a complaint you would like to raise with the College, please refer to the relevant policy for more information and then complete the form below.

Your complaint will go to RANZCR’s Complaints Officer, who will assess and allocate it to the relevant department. The department will then contact you to discuss your enquiry, ask questions, request further information and/or documentation if required. Any information gathered will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and in line with Australian Privacy regulations.

You will be kept up to date on the progress of your enquiry throughout the resolution process.

You may make an anonymous complaint through the use of a pseudonym or an anonymised email address.

Please note however that if you wish to make an anonymous complaint with no contact details, although your anonymity will be preserved and respected, it may not be possible to act on the complaint, inform you of the complaint’s outcome, or obtain further information to resolve the complaint.
