This Policy is a cross-faculty Policy which is intended to provide a framework by which former trainees can re-enter the Clinical Radiology Training Program or the Radiation Oncology Training Program.

Additional guidelines for training sites with trainees who may be redeployed or quarantining due to COVID-19 have been developed by the Radiation Oncology Education and Training Committee as set out below.
