We recommend that this chart be placed prominently near the emergency cart (however named) in the CT room to ensure the cart is always appropriately stocked.

We recommend that this be printed in A3 size and placed prominently in the CT room so that it is easy to see and follow in the case of an adverse event. 

This questionnaire is provided for patients to fill in prior to receiving an iodinated contrast CT.
