RANZCR welcomes the approach by the DICC – Nuclear Medicine to simplify and streamline the nuclear medicine items and abolish obsolete and NK items. Consolidating items and removing specifications for imaging modality will support nuclear medicine specialists to deliver the most appropriate test or treatment for patients.
