RANZCR Members and their Families to have access to New, Enhanced Wellbeing and Counselling Program

RANZCR has partnered with Converge International, a leading provider of mental health and wellbeing services, to offer members and their families access to free, confidential support across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally.

Converges approach goes beyond traditional counselling, combining professional expertise with digital tools, coaching, and wellbeing resources to help you proactively manage your health, relationships, and professional life.

Some of the key services Converge offers include:

• Counselling and Coaching: Professional support for work or personal issues, family challenges, and conflict resolution.

• Career and Leadership Coaching: Guidance and development for professional growth.
• Health and Lifestyle Support: Nutrition, fitness, sleep, and lifestyle advice to enhance overall wellbeing.
• Financial and Legal Support: Access to qualified professionals for financial advice and legal information.
• Specialist Helplines: Dedicated support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, LGBTIQ+ members, Domestic and Family Violence, Eldercare, Disability and Carers, Students & Youth, and Spiritual & Pastoral needs.
• Crisis Counselling: 24/7 access to support for urgent or high-stress situations.

The Offer

RANZCR members and their immediate families are entitled to six free sessions per year in total, which can be used across any service type. Additional sessions may be approved by RANZCR where clinically appropriate.

This initiative reflects RANZCR’s ongoing commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our members throughout all stages of their careers.

Accessing Support

Getting started is simple:

1. Download the Converge App on the App Store or Google Play.
2. Enter the organisation code: RANZCRRO.
3. Complete your profile to unlock your personalised wellbeing dashboard and book your first session.

The small print

• This benefit is available to all Fellows, Trainees, Educational Affiliates, Life Members, and International Fellows, as well as their immediate families.
• Each member and family are entitled to six free sessions per calendar year across all service types.
• RANZCR will honour any existing CU Health appointments that have been booked prior to 7 November 2025. After this date, all new wellbeing and counselling services will be managed exclusively through Converge International.
• RANZCR does not provide medical or mental health advice and does not influence clinical decisions made by Converge practitioners. Members should seek professional guidance as appropriate.
