RANZCR Reveals the 72nd Annual Scientific Meeting Program Highlights

RANZCR is excited to reveal the program highlights of its 72nd Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) to be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on 27–30 October 2022. All-star keynote speakers from home and abroad will gather at our largest radiology conference to date, to present an innovative scientific program of more than 250 presentations across 70-plus sessions and workshops, with various social events on offer for attendees to reflect, revive, and re-imagine at the four-day conference.

- A first-ever crossover session of space radiology recognises the critical role of radiology in space science and presents the world’s first demonstration of astronauts’ brain MRIs.

- In-depth expert review of Australia’s first application of the latest revolutionary photon-counting CT scans in South Australia.

- Sessions addressing current controversies and future developments in proton therapy for cancers in anticipation of the Australian Bragg Centre, the first proton therapy facility in the Southern Hemisphere.
