The Board endorsed the joint statement of principles regarding a respectful culture in medicine in March 2017. This aligns with the College’s Code of Ethics and supports the principles which focus on promoting environments which are safe, inclusive and respectful and target eliminating unacceptable behaviour including bullying, discrimination, harassment and racism.
