Application for admission as a RANZCR Associate.
I hereby apply for admission to Associate of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and submit my application below.

Requirements for Associate subscription
Specialist Associate
To be eligible to apply for a Specialist Associate subscription with the College, valid for 12 months, an individual must hold a current specialist medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia (MBA) or Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ).
Medical Associate
To be eligible to apply for a Medical Associate subscription with the College, valid for 12 months, an individual must:
(a) have achieved a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/MBChB) or equivalent
(b) be registered as a provisional medical practitioner or general medical practitioner with the MBA or MCNZ.
Nursing and Allied Health Associate
To be eligible to apply for a Nursing and Allied Health Associated subscription with the College, valid for 12 months, an individual must:
(a) be practising in a nursing or allied health profession for which the scope of practice identifies with the specialties of clinical radiology or radiation oncology
(b) hold a current registration with the relevant regulatory body in Australia or New Zealand.

If admitted as Associate, I agree to abide by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the College for the time being in force.
I undertake to uphold the traditions, dignity and aims of the College and to maintain its ethical standards to the best of my ability.
I declare the information supplied in this application and any documentation supporting it is true and complete in every respect. I acknowledge that the provision of false or misleading information or the omission of information relevant to this application may result in the cancellation of the application, withdrawal of an offer of membership, or cancellation of an existing membership.
I authorise the College to verify any information provided by me.
I understand that my application may be cancelled if I do not provide true and complete information in connection with my application, or if I make any changes to the above declaration and authority

What happens next
Once you submit your application we will check the documents received and contact you if any additional documents are required.
Once the correct documents are received, we will contact you to make payment via a login and online tax invoice.
Once payment is made, we will confirm your Associate application.
