This biennial event is a highlight for all professions involved in the use of radiation to treat children’s cancer: not just radiation or clinical oncologists, but also therapeutic radiographers or radiation therapists, and radiotherapy physicists or clinical scientists (the names used for different roles vary around the world) and other members of the wider multi-professional team involved in the care of these patients.
