2022-23 Member Subscriptions Frequently Asked Questions

RANZCR membership subscription fees for the 2022-23 financial year are now due for payment. Members can renew their membership online via invoicing in the MyRANZCR member portal. If you have forgotten or wish to reset your password you can do so with the reset button on the logon page.

Finance enquiries

Payment is due by 1 July 2022. A discount of $50 (plus GST) is available for those who renew their subscription before the payment due date.

To redeem the discount, enter the code RANZCRMEM2022 when you make a payment through the MyRANZCR member portal, and the discount will be applied for eligible membership categories. Please note, as trainees already receive a significantly reduced rate on their subscription fees, this discount is only available for Fellows and Educational Affiliates.

  • You can pay your fees online via the MyRANZCR Member Portal using your email address and password to log in. Your invoice can be downloaded and paid through the portal, as well as your tax receipt after you have paid your invoice. See MyRANZCR Support page detailed instructions on how to download and pay your invoice.
  • RANZCR uses PayPal as the payment gateway. You can pay by using an existing PayPal account or with your credit card. Due to privacy and security reasons, we are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone.
  • If you would like support paying your invoice using the PayPal gateway, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your member ID and preferred contact details.
  • Your username for MyRANZCR is the email address you use to interact with the College.
  • If you have forgotten or wish to reset your password, you can use the reset/forgotten password link on the login page.
  • There are useful tips on how to navigate MyRANZCR, including how to download and pay invoices, on our MyRANZCR Support page.
  • You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment via the PayPal platform. Once you arrive on the PayPal page there is an option to “Pay with card”, which doesn’t require an account:

Step 1: Log in member portal and go to Tax Invoice and Tax Receipt section:

If you have any credits associated with your RANZCR account this will show in the MyRANZCR portal as an invoice with a negative amount. You can apply these credits to payment of your 2022-23 membership subscription invoice to reduce the amount payable. 

To apply a credit, please ensure you select the invoice with the negative amount for payment, along with your membership subscription invoice.

Membership enquiries
Fellows and Educational Affiliates 

If you are going on extended leave, parental leave, or experiencing health issues that will stop you from working for an extended period, you may be entitled to reduced membership fee. To apply, email the College at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. providing evidence such as an employer letter or medical certificate, the date you will be taking your leave and intended date of return to practice.  Remember, a request for a refund or credit can only be made prior to or within 30 calendar days from the commencement date of a Break in Practice.

Student Members 

If you are taking a break in training (including parental leave) you may be eligible to a reduced rate on your membership and training fees. Refer to the Interrupted and Part Time Training Policy for further information and send enquiries to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Remember, a request for a refund or credit can only be made prior to or within 30 calendar days from the date of College approval of an interrupted training period.

 Fellows and Educational Affiliates If you are practising 20 hours or less per week you may be entitled to a reduced rate of your membership subscription, provided you inform the College in writing of your part-time status, attaching evidence such as an employer letter or contract. Student Members If you are training part-time at 0.65 FTE or less, you may be entitled to a reduced rate of your membership subscription. Refer to the Interrupted and Part Time Training Policy for further information and send enquiries to This email address is being protected from spambots.  Fellows who are moving away from Australia or New Zealand may be entitled to a reduced membership rate. Simply update your home and work address on the MyRANZCR member portal and email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the date you intend to move and an expected return date (if you have one). 

Retired members are entitled to access all the same benefits of membership at no further cost. If you have retired please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your last date of practice and we will update your records accordingly.
