The Royal Australian and New Zealand of College of Radiologists (RANZCR) welcomes the Government of South Australia’s announcement that SA Medical Imaging (SAMI) will remain in public ownership as a single entity.
In its submission to the Select Committee of Legislative Council’s inquiry and report on SA Pathology and SA Medical Imaging, RANZCR expressed significant concerns that privatisation may impact the quality and safety of access to medical imaging services.
